Silly Boy!

Carson is so silly! He was being pretty quiet playing in my room while I was checking email on my laptop. Then I hear a "hi, I'm Bridger" and this is what I find. He loves to dress up in daddy's clothes. My favorite is the voice he uses...he tries to make a deep voice when he says it. Today I finally snapped a picture.

The full ensemble. Houston Astros hat, red polo type shirt (on inside out), orange shorts on backwards, and brown dress shoes. He looks snazzy!

Carson saying, "Hi, I'm Bridger"

Ahhh....I love my kids!

Saturday was a VERY SPECIAL DAY for Miss Hailey! It was her POTTY PARTY DAY! That's right, she got the whole day with mommy, yummy drinks, snacks, potty books, potty movies and loads of fun. Overall she did really well: 15 successes on the potty, 3 good tries, and only 3 accidents. We are hoping she continues to do this well everyday and it doesn't take weeks for the potty training to happen!

Hailey with her Potty Training Chart!

Look at all those stickers for I DID IT!

Hailey got some fairy underwear (tinkerbell and friends) and princess underwear!

I love her tan lines in this photo. You can see her shorts and t-shirt line!

Action shots in the panties!

Classic bum shot!

Books and dolls were a big hit.

I'm such a big girl!

The C-Man sporting his new do! He got to hang out with Daddy ALL DAY LONG!

They went to go see Aliens in the Attic. Carson got a shot by this ad for planet 51. He is so funny!

Big Girl

So Hailey thinks she's a pretty big girl now. Alisha painted her nails and toes this morning and somehow managed to gather up enough hair to make a couple of pigtails. She thoroughly believes she is a princess now and had dry princess Pull Ups on almost all day to prove it. We have been pretty impressed with how well she's potty trained herself since neither of us have put forth much effort in that department lately. It's a good thing Alisha worked hard with Carson or he'd still be in diapers!

Family Taxi

Yeah... that's right. We are officially parents. Not that we weren't before... it just feels a lot more real now that we have a Mormon assault vehicle. Check out the new wheels:

SURPRISE!

Um..yah, what a shocker! I went to the doctor today. Good news... I GET TO GO TO FLORIDA! Yep, but I'm pretty much on bedrest there. Oh well, at least I get to go. If I start to bleed or cramp bad I'm supposed to go immediately to the nearest hospital. Now for the surprise...the ultrasound said it's a girl. YEP. What in the world? The ultrasound tech in the hospital at 16 weeks must have seen the cord because both the ultrasound tech and dr. yesterday said no doubt it's a girl. So - I guess we can throw that list of boy names we've been working on out the window. Lots of you were asking so now I'll share the boy names:
Easton
Sawyer
Dawson
Brayden
Justin
There were more on the list..but these were my favorites. Now, we get to start all over. Good thing we already have a bunch of girl names we love! We took Carson out for ice-cream last night to break the news to him. He was soooo excited when at 16 weeks we told him it was a boy. We were a little worried about how he would respond. He said, AWWW MAN, I was wrong, you were right mom. (Refering to guesses about the baby gender at 15 weeks). Then he said he didn't want to play with a baby girl. I told him the baby would be so little when she came out that we wouldn't play with her until she was older. He said okay, but I can tell he still isn't too happy about it! LOL! :)
